What do you think when you hear or see the word “improvisation?”

Like most people, you may think of a variety of associations: comedy, acting, performance. Or worse: embarrassment, humiliation, stage fright, fear, or panic.

Public speaking often ranks above death in the category of what we least want to experience, so our worst fears assume doing this, and without planning or a script!

Fortunately,. you won’t have to be funny, clever, or even perform.

In our workshops and team events, Chris and his colleagues of expert facilitators e create a safe space and environment to collaborate together, open up, build trust, be present, and let go of stress, and reflect and debrief the activities to share lessons and takeaways. Participants experience a variety of breakout interactions (pairs and small groups throughout) as well as scaffolded learning and training to ensure the right amount of challenge and play to boost comfort and confidence. Here, people learn new skills, and reflect on their experience(s) to make the activities more meaningful, relevant, and practical to their work life, and daily life.

Simply put, we create meaningful, interactive, and fun-filled sessions to bond, grow, and strengthen your team's ability to be creative, to be present with each other in the moment, and to bring out the best in each other. It is truly profound play. Period.
